This is our calendar of events for the next few months. We will have more details about them all as we approach each date, but we wanted you to get them on your calendar as soon as possible.
We'd love to see you all at each event because this gym is about much more than the workouts we do here every day.
The CrossFit 616 community and the CrossFit community world wide are what make this fitness program so great. I don't know if I would have committed my life to CrossFit training without the awesome people I have met and get to work with on a daily basis.
And, if any of you have come to 616 events in the past, you know I like to have just as much fun outside of the gym.
First up on the list is Murph on Monday, May 30. That's Memorial Day and we will have a limited schedule. We will run heats of Murph at 9 am and 10:30 am. Come help us honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice by pushing yourself through this grueling workout.
