Be Honest With Yourself This is an article from CrossFit Invictus and I like it.
Basically, we all have things we want to accomplish, but how do we get there? More importantly, are we will to actually do the things to get us there?
Let's say I want to run a sub 6 minute mile by the end of August. How do I get there? I need to be running intervals regularly at high intensity. I need to be testing my mile on a regular basis as well. BUT, do I actually do those things? That is the hard part. Doing it.
What are your goals? And what do you need to do to get there? I think most of us know what we need to do. Again, the question is do you do it?
Losing weight, getting a pullup, snatching your bodyweight. It doesn't matter the goal, just be honest with yourself.
