I watched the documentary Sugar Coated last night and it's another eye-opening film about the prevalence of sugar in the modern diet. The movie is clearly on the side that sugar is toxic and we consume way too much of it. There's science supporting these claims and, of course, there is science refuting them (although it's funded by the sugar industry).
I think consuming too much sugar is bad for you. And one of the main problems is that we don't realize how much sugar gets added to the processed foods we buy.
I encourage you to watch this movie when you have some time and educate yourself on the sugar subject.
