Nice job on Memorial Day Murph everyone! No matter what version of the workout you did you should be proud of your effort. And you should have a good sense of where you are with body weight movements right now. Take that info and use it to plan your goals going forward. And next time we do Murph, try to push a little harder and do a little more than last time.
