Most of us have figured out that the only way to stay on a good clean diet through the week is to be prepared ahead of time. Sundays are meal prep days for many of us and it really does make the rest of the week easier and less stressful. No more deciding what to eat when you are starving and prone to making bad decisions.
We've discussed will power before in relation to other things, but it is a limited resource. If you wait until the last minute to make meal decisions the likelihood of making a poor choice is much greater.
