Sorry for the late notice on this, but we're making a schedule change for our weightlifting classes. We will now have weightlifting on Thursday night at 6 pm and Saturday morning at 8:30 am. We've heard from many of you that you'd like to lift before CrossFit rather than after so we're going to give this a try.
We will still have CrossFit at 6 pm on Thursday nights.
