We need to call American breakfast what it often is: dessert Once again, they keep adding sugar to everything. Do you know what you're eating? Do you read the ingredients? Do you check nutrition labels?
Just because something is marketed as "healthy" doesn't mean it is. You need to arm yourself with the knowledge to make the right food choices. And to make it easy, let's just stop eating stuff in packages and focus on real food.
