The self defense seminar we were going to host this Saturday has been canceled. I know a few of you were interested, but the organizers have not gotten enough sign ups so it has been canceled. We'll let you know if we can reschedule. Time for the Weekly Roundup! Here's some of the interesting stuff I saw this week...
1. Are you training or exercising? What's the difference? Watch this episode of Barbell Shrugged to find out all of the differences and how to approach each. Either one is fine, but you need to understand the difference. And if you're just exercising, and not training for any specific goal, you may find it hard to get anywhere. That's ok as long as you are ok with it, but you can't complain when you're not getting the results you want.
