They discuss the beginnings of CrossFit, some of the core principles of the program and how fitness and health tie together. It's rare that Glassman will sit down for an in depth interview like this and it gives a great look into the training program we all love.

Double Under Practice If you have DU: 20-40-60-80-100 for time, Must stop between sets. If you have a few DU: 5-10-15-20-25 for time. Stop between sets. *Piece sets together the best you can. If you don't have DU yet, take 5-10 minutes to practice while tired from WOD.
