The new weightlifting cycle starts tonight at 6 pm. We are sticking with the 6 pm on Thursday and 8:30 am on Saturday schedule again. You do not need to sign up for these classes and they are included in your CrossFit membership if you'd like to attend. These classes are the best way to get better at the snatch and clean and jerk. If you would like to get more help with these lifts please try to attend the weightlifting classes. Also, you have just a couple of days left to register for the first month of Fueling Activity - the CrossFit 616 nutrition plan. Sign up at the gym and you will receive an email with everything you need Friday afternoon so you can prepare over the weekend and start your new healthy lifestyle of eating on Monday!

This is another chance to Max if: A) You missed the last back squat max day. B) You did not PR or didn't manage time well. C) The weight feels good building up to 85%.
