Remember we have teams competing all weekend at the GR Games at 8th Day Gym. We have people competing on Saturday and Sunday and the event runs most of the day on both days. Please stop by to cheer them on if you can!

Weekly Roundup! Just one thing this week, because I think it's a cool one we can all benefit from.

1. I've started using the app Headspace recently to have a mindfulness and meditation practice that I can stick with. I sometimes find myself fighting my brain when it is racing with thoughts and this app is helping me learn how to deal with that. Rather than fighting my brain, I am learning to accept what it is doing without the feeling that I'm losing control over my thoughts.
