Barbells for Boobs is October 29! We will begin working out at 9 am and go until noon or until everyone gets a chance to do the workout. The workout of the day is Grace - 30 clean and jerks for time and we will run heats of 8-10 people every 10-15 minutes. Here's the link to our team fundraising page. After the workout we will have lunch and hang out. Also, since it's Halloween weekend, we're wearing costumes for the workout. We will have prizes for the best costumes of the day!
