It's Wednesday FriendsDay. Bring a friend to any CrossFit class today! We've had a few people ask if you need to sign up for Barbells for Boobs this Saturday and the answer is no. Just show up sometime between 9 am and 11:30 am to warm up and jump in a heat. We will be running 10 minute heats throughout the morning.

Don't forget to wear your Halloween costume and bring a side dish for the taco bar after we workout. We encourage you to wear a costume you can workout in. There will be prizes for the best costumes of the day ("best" can be interpreted a lot of different ways, so please have fun with it!)
