Remember that this Saturday is the Row Raiser and we will not have 9:30 am CrossFit that day. We WILL have Elements and weightlifting at 8:30 am. The new cycle of Fueling Activity will begin on November 28. There is a sign up sheet at the gym if you'd like to join the new group. If you were in a previous group you do need to sign up again to continue with the nutrition plan.
