Remember that the last class of the day today is at 5 pm! We close at 6 pm. Enjoy your Thanksgiving break and we will see you again Friday at noon! Just a quick note on nutrition leading up to Thanksgiving and the holiday season. You're probably going to have a meal or two that isn't good for you. That's ok, but let's not use the holidays as an excuse to go completely off the rails for six weeks.
Don't just think to yourself that you'll start eating clean again after the new year. You can do better than that.
I know it's hard when you're surrounded by friends and family that may not be eating the best diet. There's probably a plate of cookies really close to you at any point. But do your best to limit the indulgence.
Notice that I said limit, not restrict completely. Have some fun, eat some things you love, but when the days is done, be ready to get back to normal. And remember that normal for us is a clean, nutritious diet.
