I hear reasons all of the time for why someone can't do CrossFit (or workout in general). But CrossFit has to be the most adaptive program out there. Or maybe it's just the community and the affiliates that are so open to helping people of all walks of life. If you have friends or family that are afraid to give CrossFit a try, please show them the video below. Or have them come in to talk to us. We want to reach as many people as possible with this program of health and fitness, and that is not limited to elite athletes.
CrossFit is scalable and adaptable for anyone. So don't let old injuries or weaknesses hold you back. We're here to make it work for you!
