Friday Night Lights starts at 5:30 pm! We will review the workout and standards then get ready for the first heat of the night.

When you arrive, please sign up for a heat AND a heat to judge. Remember, someone has to judge your workout so do your part and judge someone else so the same people don't have to judge all night.
