It's benchmark Friday again! This week we are doing Grace - 30 clean and jerks for time. Remember, we are testing these again in four months so make sure you give it your best and record exactly what you did so you can see your progress when we test again! Weekly Roundup! Here's some stuff I saw this week you might enjoy...

1. Here's a good video on initiating the pull for your pull up. Sometimes getting the lats engaged to be the primary movers is the hardest part and I thought seeing someone demo this really well may help. These are the same things we do here just with slightly different names (scapular pull up vs. lat pull up) but sometimes seeing someone else do them helps things click. Hopefully this helps you get the lats active and ready to pull you over that bar!
