It's Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to workout with you today! The MidSummer Meltdown is open for registration. We'd love to see a bunch of 616 teams compete this year. Or, if you're not competing we'd love your help running the event. We're always in need of volunteers to help these events run smoothly.
