CrossFit Regionals are coming up at the end of the month and CrossFit Media is putting out some really great content with the elite athletes. If you haven't been following the Road to the Games series check out episode two below. You get to see a whole lot of Games athletes training together and get to hear their thoughts on training and a bunch of other stuff.
It's inspirational and refreshing to see them as regular people who just work really hard and are super-fit.
It's also nice to see them suffer through some things and have those same doubts and frustrations we all have from time to time.
