Monday is Memorial Day and we will join thousands of CrossFit affiliates around the world to honor those men and women who have served our country and paid the ultimate price by doing the hero workout Murph. This workout is hard and is meant to be. By us giving our all on the workout we can say thank you to those people who have suffered and fought on our behalf. When you start to get tired, or things start to hurt, remember those that have worked and sacrificed for our freedom.

If you don't know the story of Murph, watch the video below. Thank you for setting aside some time on Memorial Day to honor our veterans and remember the true meaning of the day.
