The Cannonsburg workout is this Saturday! Be there, ready to go at 9:30 am. We will be done by 11:30 am at the latest! Dress to workout. We will mostly be on grass and some dirt paths, but some of the paths are more like sand and/or loose dirt. Your shoes may get a little dirty, but nothing crazy.

You should put on some sunscreen! And bring your sunglasses. There's not a lot of shade where we will be, but there is cover if you need to get out of the sun. Floppy hats are encouraged.

Cannonsburg is closed over the weekends so there are no open bathrooms. Go before you get there! Otherwise you'll have to find a spot in the woods.

We're brining a cooler of water, but bring whatever you'd like to eat or drink. We'll be moving most of the time, but there will be some breaks in the action.

Also, please sign in for the 9:30 Saturday CrossFit class if you plan on coming just so we can have an idea of how many we're going to have. There is no attendance cap on this class!
