It's Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to any class today to try CrossFit for the first time!

You may have noticed a couple of holes in the wall if you came in yesterday, so I guess it's pretty official - we're expanding!

We're still working through the details of what will be on the other side of the wall, but they needed to pour new floors over there and match them up with our side, so they had to cut the doorways. 

Please be careful around those parts of the wall, they're temporary and not reinforced. 

We will continue to keep you posted as we know things. Or, you'll see when you get here because sometimes we don't know til the last minute. 

Thanks for understanding and dealing with what's hopefully not much of a mess.
