If you haven't seen or listened to the CrossFit Podcast yet, you're missing some good stuff. I thought this episode was great, especially the beginning because I think a lot of people can relate to it. There are times in our lives when we dedicated and on top of everything, and then there are times when it seems like it's all falling apart. That's ok.
