We're starting another round of Fueling Activity - the CrossFit 616 nutrition plan! Sign ups will go through the end of the week and the program will start Monday, November 20. 

Last month, between 6 participants 28.4 pounds were lost and 10 inches shed from around the waist!
The next 30 days of Fueling Activity will kick off this weekend. There's room for 8 individuals to sign up for CrossFit 616's meal plan designed to TEACH you what types of foods to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat them. When you learn to eat correct amounts of different foods at the right time you can reach any goal you're after. The plan is based to help shed body fat without losing muscle nor performance. It's easily adjustable to other goals including gaining muscle and better performance without a change in body composition.

Fueling Activity is $75 for the basic plan and $100 for the upgraded plan. Please ask if you have any questions!
