On Sunday, November 12 at noon, Kelly Brown is offering a private Barre class for 616 members only!
Kelly teaches at Beer City Barre and more than a few people have expressed interest in trying a class so she put one together just for us.
We will have a sign-up sheet at the gym and there is space for 15 people. The class costs $10 and you will pay at the studio on November 12. Please only sign up if you know you can attend.

Barre is a total body workout that incorporates elements of yoga, pilates, and dance into a fast paced 60 minute class set to upbeat music. This workout uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles, and large range movement to elevate your heart rate. The movements are combined into arrangements focusing on upper body, planks, thighs, seat and core making every minute count. This is a low impact workout that yields HUGE results.
