We wrapped up the latest weightlifting cycle last week and saw lots of PRs! Congrats to everyone that hit a new record and as a reward you get the week off. 

We will NOT have weightlifting class this Thursday or Saturday. We will start the new cycle on Thursday, November 16 - see you there!
