We had the upper body mobility clinic Saturday and saw some great results in the just a couple of hours. Now, we know those results won't last forever, but that's not the point. We know that we can make a change and that gives us a light at the end of the tunnel.

This goes for training just as much as mobility work. It's not about what you can accomplish in the hour or two you put in work on a single day. It's about doing the things that will make you better over and over again until it's a part of you.

For those of you that attended the clinic, stay with it! Pick a couple of the exercises that you felt made the biggest impact on you and do them consistently (2 or 3 times a week) for the next month or two and I promise you will see lasting results and feel better.

I did this work with my ankle almost every day for about two months and I gained a ton of range of motion. That was great, but I also noticed that all of the sudden my hips didn't feel as tight, and I never have the pinching feeling in the front of my hips anymore.

You body is a system and every piece works together, so fixing one little thing can have a major ripple effect.

Use any small gain you see from training or mobility works as motivation. When you can see the tiny improvements day to day it's easy to keep going.
