Friday, December 22 - Last class is at noon. Gym closes at 1 pm
Saturday, December 23 - One CrossFit class only - 9 am (may go a little longer than an hour)
Monday, December 25 - Closed
Tuesday, December 26 - Regular schedule
Monday, January 1 - Open 12-2 pm - Open Gym (not a class, but there will be a workout)

Here's a great video on getting comfortable in positions from CrossFit. If you "mobility" trouble it may not be due to tight muscles. May times it's just our brain holding us back. So what do you do? Get in those positions and spend some time there so you're brain knows they're safe.
