We will be kicking off another month of Fueling Activity on Monday, January 15th!

Sign up by Thursday, January 11th so that you can receive your information and starting packet on Friday the 12th. There is a 10 person cap, so don't wait too long to sign up.

If you're interested in learning more about fueling your body to promote performance with improved body composition then Fueling Activity is for you. This is a great way to get kickstarted into the new year and learn some new habits!

$75 for the Basic Plan - Includes meal plan, grocery lists, recipes, access to the private Facebook Group and all the help you'll need from a coach along the way.

$100 for the Upgraded Plan - Includes everything from the Basic Plan PLUS a one-on-one meeting at the beginning of the plan AND a follow up group meeting at the end of the plan.
