Here's a test for your posterior! I don't know how many times a day I say "Squeeze your butt!" or something similar, but I know we can all benefit from better glute function.

Too many of us rely on our quads and back rather than our glutes and hamstrings and that can lead to pain or injury down the road. So, let's get that backside working.
