We will NOT have Extra Credit this Saturday due to the 8th Day GR Games. All other classes are on the normal schedule.

Barbells for Boobs is going to be a little different this year. We're mixing it up and need your help!

The event will be Friday night (Oct. 27) from 6 to 8 pm and we will be featuring head-to-head matchups! Similar to the Open, we will have five matchups throughout the night pitting two athletes against each other.

But these aren't Open workouts, the athletes themselves will each get to pick a movement and the judges will set the weights and movements standards to make the workout as competitive as possible.

The first matchup is set: Brian vs. Timmer! 

So, for example, Brian picks pull ups and Tim picks overhead squats. Then the judges choose the weights and rep scheme that will make it an even match. The workouts will all be 10 minutes or less.

Now, we just need four more matchups! So pick a friend and challenge them to a Barbells for Boobs Friday Night Faceoff!

There will be Barbells for Boobs t-shirts available for pre-order as well. Sign up sheet will be up ASAP and orders must be in by September 29.
