Just ask any of our resident masters athletes and you will find that recovery and taking care of yourself gets more and more important with age. This video from Viceland features a pro skateboarder that realized he needed to give up the partying and focus on his health if he wanted to be able to continue doing what he loved for as long as possible. 

I want to be fit forever so I can enjoy life and I don't plan on wrecking that with poor life choices. Hopefully this guy can be an inspiration to you too.
