We've talked about this with many of you individually, but this video really helps you see it. We need a good base for everything we do, and our base is our feet.
So, if your feet aren't strong you're probably going to see movement faults up the chain (knees caving in). You can fix your flat, weak feet!
Check out this Instagram post to see exactly the type of movement that will strengthen the arches and give you a solid base for everything you do. You can start with the band to help feel it, then progress to doing this little drill without the band. This is easy to do all the time and it will reinforce the movement pattern and make those feet strong!
