We are hosting another mobility clinic on Saturday, February 17!
The Lower Body Mobility Clinic will focus on improving range of motion and function in joints of the lower body to promote healthy function and longevity of movement. We will address the most common mobility issues that CrossFitters and Olympic Lifters face along with how to overcome those restrictions through drills.
While we will be using the MOBI to prep tissue throughout the clinic it is not just about mashing and rolling out. The drills we use are a workout in themselves because that's what it takes to truly improve range of motion under tension.
We will also touch on the best preparatory movements to do before exercises that are focused on your lower body. If you have pain or restrictions in your hips, hip flexors, knees, and/or ankles then this will be worth your time. You will come away with a new view on what it means to improve your mobility along with the drills taught in the clinic. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to Coach Tom.
