DOUBLE UNDERS! Do you have them yet?

Double unders are a skill that requires practice, but it's not that bad. Just 5-10 minutes a few days a week will make a huge difference. You don't need to practice for hours and hours at a time, and don't wait until the Open arrives to wish you had them. Seriously, just 5 minutes a day.
