How do we lose fat? We know a good diet and exercise is what causes fat loss, but what actually happens to the fat? Where does it go? 

This is a good, quick explanation of what happens to the fat when we lose it. It seems so simple that it makes losing fat less intimidating. Understanding the process can help you wrap your head around some of these things that seem so complicated. But it doesn't have to be.
