Here it is - our matchup for 18.2!

Come support Alyssa F. and Heide as they take on the workout right after the announcement at 8 pm. 

We want to get as many people as possible here each week to support these head-to-heads. It's not easy to put yourself out there to do these workouts without even knowing what you have to do. I know, because I asked a ton of you, that most of us don't want to do it. So let's support those that have stepped up and show up big Thursday night!

We all learn a lot about each workout from watching these matchups. We learn how to pace, we get to figure out the best way to attack new movements and have a score to shoot for. So plan on being here at 8 pm for the 18.2 announcement and to cheer Alyssa and Heide on!
