You asked for it so we're bringing it back! The Upper Body Mobility Clinic returns to CrossFit 616 on Saturday, March 31.

The clinic will run you through a set of tests and drills so you can assess your problem areas and leave with real, effective exercises to help you fix them. These things work!

Seriously, we are seeing lots of success with the drills Tom has been teaching people, and as long as you put in the work, you will get results.

I've attended both the upper and lower body clinics and use an exercise from one of those almost daily. Some are great to prep for the workout and some are done outside of the gym, but all of them are effective.

The clinic is two hours and will go from 10:45 am to 12:45 pm on Saturday, March 31 and costs $70. The Extra Credit workout for that day can be done from 9:30 to 10:30 in the North gym during the CrossFit class.
