I love this Instagram post featuring former world-champion weightlifter Dmitry Klokov. He gives a great demonstration of a bad bar path and a good bar path in the snatch or clean. It doesn't matter if you can't understand what they're saying, the visuals are all you need. 

Unfortunately, we see this swinging style bar path all too often. Remember, we want the bar to go up, not out, so make sure you aren't throwing your hips forward into the bar.
