The Open is coming to a close and while we've had a blast competing with everyone, we're also looking forward to attacking our weaknesses when it's over.
You're going to see more stuff like we're doing today - not for time, accessory work. We want to get everyone balanced out so we can start working on the big movements we may see in workouts.
You can't just keep trying muscle ups, pull ups, overhead squats, etc. if the proper muscles aren't active and strong. We are excited to get to work on this stuff and we're excited to see you all put your new strength to work in the future. As always, let us know if you have any questions.
