Here's a question and answer session with CrossFit coach Ben Bergeron. There's some good stuff in here, but there was one thing that really jumped out at me. They show the preview right at the beginning of the video, but if you want to see the full explanation, jump to 15:05 and watch.
Basically, he answers the question of what do you say to people that say they don't have time to workout, have a family dinner, start a business, etc...
Ben gives a quick tip to check where you are spending your time, and if you follow his instructions you may surprise yourself. Or like me, scare yourself.
He tells you how to look at how much time you are spending on apps on your phone. Do it. I thought I was a light user of social media, but I found out I am wasting hours each week on Instagram and Facebook. My goal is to cut those numbers in half. Check it out for yourself and see if you can spend some more quality time with people instead of your phone.
