We do this workout to honor all of those heroes that have died for our freedom. Please remember this as you do the workout today. We know that this workout is long and grueling, but it is nothing in comparison to what the men and women who have fought for us have endured. As you get tired, or things start to hurt, think about these men and women and push a little harder to honor them. This is just our small way of saying thank you.

If you do not know the story of Lt. Michael Murphy, watch the video below. He was a true hero, and this was his favorite CrossFit workout. It was renamed Murph after he was killed in action in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Workout for Monday, May 28
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile

Partition pull up, push up and squat reps as needed. If you have a weight vest, wear it.
