We have some exciting news for all the recent moms out there! We are hosting the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series in September.

This series will take place in the new gym starting Wednesday, September 5 at 6 pm. The new gym will not be available for open gym during the times listed on the graphic below. Please plan accordingly and thank you!
Also, BIRTHFIT Regional Director and chiropractor Dr. Theresa Graf (a 616 member), will be holding office hours here on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 6:30 pm. She is will provide chiropractic services for all interested parties. And while she specializes now in pre and post-natal chiropractic, she can help everyone!
