I’m really excited that CrossFit HQ has decided to step back from the competition side of things and make sure the world knows that it is focused on health and fitness. There are plenty of events out there to support the “professional” CrossFitters of the world and I am sure the CrossFit Games will be just fine. The Open will still be a great test of our fitness each year, but our main focus will continue to be on living the best, healthiest life we can.

That doesn’t mean I still can’t be a big fan of the sport of fitness and enjoy watching these qualifiers and the Games. Here’s Armen Hammer TV with an update on everything happening to the Games after his conversation with CrossFit Founder Greg Glassman.
