Lot’s of stuff starting up at CrossFit 616 in the next few days!

  1. The CrossFit Open starts this Thursday! The workout is announced Thursday night at 8 pm and we will do the workout Friday. Register for the open and join our team here!

  2. A new kids session starts this Saturday! Make sure you email info@crossfit616.com to get your kids registered today! Two age groups - 6-9 and 10-14. 6-9 years old class is at 9:30 am and the 10-14 year old class is at 10:30 am.

  3. We’re starting a nutrition challenge too! This will have a dedicated blog post soon with all of the details, but it starts March 3 so get it on your schedule!
