Please remember that you need to sign up in advance for the 9:30 am Saturday CrossFit class. Also, if you sign up earlier in the week and know you can’t make it, you need to cancel by midnight Friday so someone on the waitlist can have your spot. There are always people on the waitlist, so cancel as early as possible so they know they’re in and can make it. Thank you!
