On Memorial Day we remember those that have sacrificed it all for our freedom. In the CrossFit world we use the workout Murph to honor these fallen heros. If you are not familiar with Lt. Michael Murphy and his sacrifice, please watch the video below. And while you do the workout today remember all of the men and women who put their lives on the line for us.

We GET to do these workouts. Not everyone has the opportunity or freedoms we too often take for granted. So please remember why we do this workout and be thankful we can suffer just a fraction of what these heros did to show our respect.

There will be scaled and modified versions of Murph for those of you new to CrossFit so everyone is welcome to join us Monday. Just one class at 8:30 am.

Workout for Monday, May 27
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile

Partition pull ups, push ups and squats as needed.
If you have a weight vest, wear it.
