Another reminder that this Wednesday is Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to any class throughout the day to try CrossFit for the first time.

Also, the gym will close at 7 pm on Thursday, May 30 for a coaches development meeting. There will be no 7 pm class on Thursday.
