Here’s the July 4 weekend schedule!

Thursday, July 4 - One class at 8 am - please sign up in advance on Mindbody
Friday, July 5 - Morning classes only - 6, 7, and 8:30 am
Saturday, July 6 - Closed - no Elements, Weightlifting or CrossFit

Also remember that we have our competition - The MidSummer Meltdown - on Saturday, June 22 so we won’t have any classes that day, but hopefully you’ll be here to compete or volunteer!
